Daily Duties at Nci Karta Technologies:
Project Manager (PM) / Administrator developing solutions for DoD client worldwide (Air Force Medical Support Agency) in IT Modernization contract to upgrade existing equipment or replace outdated equipment in order to provide USAF service members and their dependents with quality access to medical care. Assigned 9 CONUS sites. Active Secret Security clearance. Project Manager Best Practices Applied Initiate, plan, execute, and control milestones, deliverables, validation of results, closeout, evaluation of each project and lessons learned; Develop and implement detailed work breakdown structures (WBS), assessment, requirement, and project work statement (PWS) documents to support on-time and cost effective management, delivery and implementation of task order for a standard technical solution providing best value for the DoD and smart investment in systems meeting client needs; Present in-brief for base personnel and coordination of efforts with MDG, CS, MAJCOM and vendors/sub-contractors awarded the implementation contract. Onsite assessment of automatic call distributor (ACD) and telephone set-up, switches, servers, voicemail systems, facilities where equipment housed in order to leverage existing computer telephone integration (CTI) systems and enable the call centers, often consisting of PBXs from multiple vendors, to be treated as one virtual contact center; Monitor progress, troubleshoot, independently and collaboratively problem solve with client and team members; Serve as interface between government technical and contractual POCs and contractors supporting and executing the task order; Utilize excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skill, interpersonal and negotiation skills and analytical abilities to time manage, fact gather, and problem-solve to achieve objectives on time and in a professional manner while maintaining a positive team-building attitude; Maintain accessible, accurate, organized, complete professional written records, schedules and documentation.
