Evaluated fair market value of properties; prepared Broker Price Opinions (BPO) for banks, mortgage servicers, and financial institutions. Particularly accomplished in assessing time-critical information, meeting date and/or time specific deadlines. Professional studies in finance, appraisal, real estate law, client relations/agency, asset management and corporate relocation. Trainer for real estate academy. Company left the Century 21 franchise and position was abolished. Licensed Realtor in the Commonwealth of Virginia 1986 to present.
