Develop and execute annual sales and marketing strategy to gain, retain, and grow client portfolio – closed $5 million in contract logistics contract year to date Measure and report monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics and ROI to communicate effectiveness of sales and marketing program and revise or enhance as necessary Direct marketing team in completion of Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, development of marketing collateral, and implementation of web-based marketing initiatives Created marketing and sales support literature including case studies, newsletters, RFP responses, press releases, and internal communications for over 200 logistics operations globally Member of affiliate team to integrate and transition to a one brand organization from five acquired organizations and deliver to market Conducted competitive intelligence research and analysis to identify advancements within the industry and executed operational improvements to meet market demand Trained global sales and marketing team to use proprietary global business development web tool Developed and managed annual marketing budget
