I created spreadsheets to itemize costs. • Answered multi-line telephones, ordered supplies, handled mail, maintained files, managed calendars, arranged meetings, and prepared written correspondence. • Provided payment and invoice information to internal customers and vendors. • Recovered $100,000 by identifying and resolving a billing error. • Trained other employees on the company’s financial systems, improving the department’s productivity.
