Provided information via AMPS (accounting, materials, purchasing, supply) program to answer vendor related payment questions. • Ordered supplies, maintained files, updated Access database, provided budget information, submitted purchase orders, processed expense accounts, and prepared monthly account reconciliation. • Answered client and vendor questions regarding inventory, billing, equipment location, and prepared all written correspondence. • Identified inconsistencies in warranty processing, conflicting pricing, and excessive charges for replacement of computer components reducing computer repair expenses by over $20,000. • Validated, paid, and reported all vendor maintenance invoices in accordance with contract terms and rates using Clarify inventory database. • Submitted and maintained all requisitions and purchase orders for leased computer hardware, with 100% accuracy and within a 24-hour deadline.
