Daily Duties at Blue Grass Inc. :
Entering data on the computer, handling incoming/ outgoing mail, ordering supplies, banking, accounts receivable/ payables. Proficiency in QuickBooks Pro 2000 and Microsoft Works. Responsible for setting up routes, calling and confirming appointments, estimates, filing, billing, faxing. Successfully ran and managed fertilizing routes for the men.
