Daily Duties at Wachovia:

-End to end process owner for converting Lotus Notes accounts to MS Outlook accounts impacting over ~3K -5K employees. -Design initial request form for Service Request Management team to instantiate ~4K -7K per year bank wide -Work across departments to understand business process needs, document requirements, and ensure that customer’s expectations are understood and met. -Facilitate project phases through the SDLC process while using Adobe LiveCycle. -Facilitate weekly status meetings with site managers and executives to define strategies for best practices on issue resolution. -Work closely with customers, project management and developers to develop, test and implement process solutions. -Conduct in depth analysis and design process flows based on gathered project documentation and stated goals for request based processes. -Proactively identify gaps within the process to mitigate risks to the end user.
