Daily Duties at Incanta:
As a marketing team leader, established partner tool-kits that provided turnkey marketing programs for affiliate relationships. Created project workflow and event escalation, addressing customer complaints or issues in a timely manner. Established a monthly newsletter to reinforce brand-marketing opportunities to ISP subscriber base. Created tier one and tier two sales programs, consisting of call scripts, PowerPoint presentations, and marketing sell sheets. Worked with in-house creative team to build branded presentations as well as tailor skin-design for product to ISP brand.
