Recruited by CEO to pre-IPO founder team. As a member of an international group of seven corporate officers and board members, directed a contracting team of five marketers to forecast and implement an effective capital markets strategy. The ability to manage complicated personalities and inject myself into discussions at the CEO level resulted in a cohesive plan that was transparent and well understood by all team members. Ability to multitask enabled TruState to meet required deadlines essential to move the marketing strategy forward. In preparation for the forecasted market downturn I streamlined resources and consolidated efforts.
