Key Achievements:  Directed a 70% improvement breakthrough (per 3 year span) in restaurant readiness assessment for all multi-departmental Brand teams. Facilitator of Stakeholder and Design Teams executing best practice recommendations providing risk assessments and strategic business coaching, notably by 6Sigma output data trend analysis methods Developed Change Management program for the largest restaurant provider in the world; supporting 5 highly recognizable brands, 35,000 restaurants domestically. Ability to build strong relationships with Stakeholders and effective teams. Provide best practice procedures, quantitative analysis, testing and implementation measurements to Brand Stakeholders. Skillful in data trend analysis, Microsoft Project, and Baseline Analysis ($1 mil+ budget projects) ? Change Management ? Consultant to executive management in communicating change management best practices and cost savings across all Brands. Accountable in conducting progress/risks/issues/solutions and quantitative analysis to Brand teams. Provide design teams key tooling for process improvement, supply chain-logistics management, and change implementation processing. Breakthrough Results of 70% program improvement. ? Supply Chain / Value Engineer Administrator ? acquired over $150,000 value savings through 2008 team initiatives. Provide strategic leadership to the supply chain management team through lean initiatives and supply chain logistics cost reporting. ? Project Manager ? consult architectural teams in building schedule and costs. Experienced in communicating differing points of view in ways that bring about constructive change and the accomplishment of group goals. ? Database Project Lead - of designing and transitioning to current database (Asset Development) and for future database (ADEPT); interviewed and hired program consultants. Brands approval rating increased by 66% through use of re-designed database. ? Construction Baseline Analyst ? analyze and formulate $1 million construction baselines for field construction usage, impacting over 15 active prototypes. ? Facilitator - of all Brand Design Team and Brand Stakeholder meetings. Ensure design changes from all 5 Brands (avg. 300 per year) are researched/developed/approved and implemented in the field promptly to meet year-end pipeline commitments to Wall Street. ? Process Trainer - travel nationally to conduct Change Management organizational process and strategy training to construction managers and supply chain teams (25%)
