Daily Duties at Reynolds Inliner, Llc:
Responsible for Technical Support and Network Administration of 10 local WinTel Windows 2000/2003 servers and 100+ remote desktop and laptops running Windows XP/Vista. Responsibilities also included creating, maintaining and troubleshooting procedures for specialized software for construction CCTV vehicles. Support and maintain Windows Active Directory including distributing software and patches using SUS and Desktop Authority. Create and maintain network procedures and policies pertaining to the operation of Reynolds’ WAN/LAN for SOX Compliance. Supervise and mentor one system specialist and six office administrators on supporting Windows XP desktop/laptops and business class DSL/Road Runner ISP connections. Create and maintain operational process and procedures for the company’s IT Department.
