Daily Duties at Keane, Inc:
Project manager for an application support team for PSEG Nuclear in Salem, NJ. Project team consisted of four – five consultants supporting 18 applications of various size. Responsibilities included day to day management of support team, prioritizing incoming work load, preparing and implementing an effective cross training schedule and expansion of original Service Level Agreement (SLA) from twelve applications to eighteen applications. Met or exceeded the SLA every month during my tenure as project manager. Filled dual role in the capacity of application support analyst as well as responsibilities as project manager. Responsibilities included database monitoring (both Oracle and MSSQL Server), upgrades, coding enhancements, bug fixes and testing in accordance with detailed quality assurance processes.
