Daily Duties at Gusmer Cellulo:
Prepare payments and responsible for all items related to payroll benefits, insurances. Managed month end, quarter end and year-end closings for payroll, maintained payroll and personnel files, accounts receivable and collections. Set up new employee files and maintain current files, help organize employee activities. Process payroll for two separate divisions, related federal and state reporting forms, accounts payable payroll payments and accounts receivable, payment application and collections.
