Daily Duties at Structural Integrity Associates, Inc.:
Responsible for helping to implement the marketing department itself, and was responsible for all aspects of Marketing including working with promotions vendors for company promos and the buying and giving of merchandise to external and internal clients; shipping new promo inventory to our 10 different offices; implementing all aspects of engineering trade shows from start to finish including working with our graphic designer for design of both our tabletop and 8x8 booths, coordinating the shipping of booths, promo items, literature for over 35 shows, traveling to the trade show site and helping with the set-up and break down of booths, coordinating meals and hospitality suites, working in Cvent for registration and payment of shows; working with external businesses for sponsorship of golf outings, meetings, and tradeshows; coordinating internal literature, mailing lists, giveaways; responsible for promotions closets and the upkeep of them including promo inventory, literature inventory, booths and graphics; also responsible for proof-reading all brochures for our business units before they go to press, and a great deal of administrative duties including spreadsheet creation and upkeep, management of calendars, scheduling meetings and webinars, and preparing travel arrangements for our department.
