As Court Clerk: entered traffic tickets into Delores McComb court system, made weekly deposits, entered and recieved payments for traffic violation fines. Issued and canceled warrants, balanced bond account bank statements. Prepared docket for Judge and Prosecutor. Attended court two (2) times a month. As Village Clerk and Administrative Asst.: paid bills for City hall through Quickbooks. Attended monthly Board meetings once a month. Typed agendas and minutes for all meetings. Took payments for inspections, occupancy permits, building permits, electrical permits, demolition permits, and roofing/siding permits. Mailed warnings and summonses on Property Violations for Health and Building Commissioner.
