Daily Duties at Parex La Habra, Inc.:
I started as the receptionist, I answered incoming calls and typed labels for whomever needed them, and then was moved into the customer service area. I was responsible for taking orders and entering them into the Citrix order entry database, seeing that they were filled in a timely manner. Replying to customers as to when there orders would be ready. I scheduled trucks for pickup from the southern plant and ordered all the office supplies. I packaged shipments for UPS and Fed-ex and shipped them with the installed programs over the computer.
