Daily Duties at Delta Queen Steamboat Company:
Over a ten year period I worked for this company while it was owned by different corporate entities: American Classic Voyages, Delaware North Companies and The Majestic Line. I started as a reservation agent taking incoming calls to service and sell luxury overnight riverboat cruises, tours and hotel packages. After one year, I became the supervisor of Group Sales, was later promoted to Senior Supervisor of Individual and Group Reservations. I left the company for 10 months and returned at the Manager of the Air department.
