? Supervising Big Bazaar, Food Bazaar & Wholesale Club warehouses by heading teams in conducting day to day warehousing functions like Receiving goods, Barcoding, Stacking, Picking, GRN’s & Dispatching goods to the stores. ? Responsible for identifying the discrepancies in the incoming materials and bringing it to the notice of the concerned authority. ? New store openings and set ups as per plan. ? Stock Management, Stock replenishment & Shrinkage control. ? Evolve effective feedback system and lay guidelines ? Coordination with SCM & other managers at Head Office (HO), Store Managers (SM), CDC Executives & Transporters for timely replenishment & receipt of inventories. ? Vendor Management (Monitor delivery and quality by the vendor). ? Maintenance of Non - Saleable Merchandise at the warehouse. ? Staff Management (PRIL / Contract). ? Scrap Management ? Standard Operating Process (SOP) Implementation within the store. ? Bringing Visibility & Tracking Inventories related projects ? Timely generation of Daily, weekly, monthly/periodical plans, reports and statistics and distribution to end Users. ? Optimally driving Inventory Management. Providing information through reports to manage & optimize inventory level & merchandise ? Coordination with IT Team / SAP Team, Follow-up on identifying & solving Sales upload errors, Support on daily basis on solving article errors, article listing, MRP mismatch corrections.
