Daily Duties at Diva Furniture, Inc:
Primary responsibility of coordination and shipment execution of customer purchases outside Los Angeles. Preparation of all shipping documents, including Bills of Lading, customs documents, pro-forma invoices. Procured appropriate shipping options from freight companies, liaison between customers and freight carriers relative to shipping issues, tracking, tracing orders post-shipment, accessing Proofs of Delivery post-delivery. Negotiated FAK rates with carriers DIVA had accounts with and the filing of freight loss/damage claims.
