Primary responsibilities include retrieving clients’ (RQA clients are typically mass-market retailers and grocers) recalled products, preparing products for shipment with appropriate documentation and shipping to client’s manufacturing and laboratory testing facilities. I have also been involved in retrieving consumer complaints’ products, preparation and shipment of retrieved items per established protocol.
