Assistant to General Counsel/Senior Vice President of Liberty Health, LLC. *Processed bills from outside vendors for payment and maintained a database utilizing Microsoft Access *Executed Agreements between LibertyHealth and outside vendors *Maintained calendars for President/Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Nursing Officer *Served as backup and assisted President/Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Nursing Officer *Maintained several reports utilizing Microsoft Word *Took minutes for various meetings for Vice Presidents *Coordinated monthly Board of Trustee meetings
