Daily Duties at Sgs Space Gateway Support:
Performs business analysis and walks customer through troubleshooting on IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management System (Versions 4.1.1 and 6.2) • Interacts with the customer to gather system requirements for changes to Maximo • Writes custom SQL queries / scripts / views in support of the customer requests • Performs independent unit testing on system modifications – front end application and SQL query of the Oracle and SQL Server databases • Quick response to managerial and customer requests • Largest SGS project to date: providing business analysis - gathering and writing requirements / data mapping / testing documentation (CMMI level 3), and offering project management insights for a Maximo 4.1.1 data migration Air Force project. This project directly benefited NASA • Strong work ethic as evidenced by garnering two promotions within three years • Adherence to organizational development methods, change management and coaching • Promotes customer business process improvement • Promotes life-long learning philosophy • Backup supervisor over six developers & analysts.

Updating and Administering Websites
I've been putting my PHP and XML learning to the test recently by accepting a large website to my list of client work. It was built in PERL and though I am not a PERL programmer I am finding my way through. The site was also built in Frontpage and I have been tasked with converting it over to Dreamweaver - doing away with those Frontpage extensions. Fun stuff!
