Started as production worker then became a tool & die maker, moved on to tool design working my way up to V.P. of manufacturing. Worked with Kioshi Suzaki on implement principles from “The New Shop Floor Management” to reduce cost, Establish Continuous Improvement groups with other companies in the area.
