Daily Duties at Fiserv Iti Outsourcing:
Provide communications and technical support for client and problem solving for a specific segment of the Fiserv systems or software. Train new and existing clients how to operate the Premier Platform system and both the Premier and Insight teller systems. Provide telephone support for clients inquiries regarding the Premier Platform systems and Premier Teller systems. Responded to customers inquiries for assistance via emails. Creates cases for clients and provides follow-up and resolution. Assists customers by remoting into PC to solve various issues. Configure software to connect to Internet application servers. Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems.
