Created and maintained team cohesiveness ? Helped create schedules for 40-50 people every two weeks ? Directly in charge of between 5 and 50 people at any given time ? Project Management ? Created and maintained staff-used technical support and troubleshooting manuals ? Created and maintained training manuals and presentations ? Trained staff ? Utilized Microsoft Office Suite frequently ? Utilized company-specific notation and database software to update and maintain customer records Reports Analyst: ? Retrieved specific information daily from company-specific programs ? Analyzed and reported to superiors regarding any found strengths or weaknesses in call-handling ? Created weekly and monthly reports on all incoming and outgoing call information for each call center employee
