AEARO Technologies - 5457 W. 79th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46268 Product Supply Analyst – May 2005 to September 2006 Responsibilities Include: Analyzing and Resolving Backorders, Including Facilitating Meetings; Required to Communicate with Manufacturing, Determine Delivery Dates, and Communicate to the Organization Status of Product Shortages; Analyze New SKU Demand, and Track and Report Trends; Administration of New Products & Setting Up the Basic Screens in SAP(MRP); Coordination of Product Discontinuation; Compile various Departmental Reports to Monitor Progress Against Goals, Inventory Turns, etc., & Update Weekly Inventory Reports & Misc. Reports as Assigned by the Managers and VP’s of the Company; Proficient in SAP, Advanced Excel, Word, & Cognos functions & Also Have a Strong Ability to Make Continuous Improvements; Excellent Analytical Skills, Ability to Discern Meaningful Data Points and Report Data in a Way that is Both Understandable and Statistically Accurate; Experienced with Material, Production or Finished Goods Planning with an Emphasis on Inventory Management; Exceptionally Organized and Have Excellent Follow-Up Skills. Packaging/Production Supervisor – February 2001 to May 2005 Responsibilities Include: Group Leaders Duties; Implement Direction to Assigned Shift Operators, Group Leaders, and Other Production Staff, Including Maintenance; Training On All Levels; Updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) Compliance and a Wide Range of Related Duties Consistent With the Requirements of an Automated Packaging Operation; CPR Certified; Trained to the 10 Hour OSHA Certification; Overseeing that Production Orders are Started and Finished by Their Due Dates; Tracking the Overall Progress of Employees Rates Versus Goals by Excel Spreadsheets; Continually Improving Processes and Relevant Forms to Streamline manufacturing Processes and to Assist in Cost Savings Goals. Group Leader in Production Room – July 1999 to February 2001 Responsibilities Include: Quality Assurance Duties, Overseer of 35 Full Time Operators and between 5-10 Temporaries Under Packaging Supervisor, SAP Knowledge, Excellent Computer Literacy, Responding to Operators Having Equipment Problems, Fixing Minor Repair Problems, Contacting Maintenance for Equipment Repairs, and Tracking the Amount of Scrap Produced by Excel Spreadsheets Quality Assurance Inspector (Duties were re-organized with Group Leader Position– February 1998 to July 1999 Duties Included: QC Finished Product, Conduct Daily Audits, Accurate Documentation and Filing, SAP and other Computer Related Data Entry, Train Operators on Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and Quality Testing, Uphold ISO 9002 Quality Standards Machine Operator in Production Room – January 1996 to February 1998 Operated Highly Technical Machinery, Trainer, Team Leader Alpha Rae Temporary for AEARO Technologies – June 1995 to January 1996 (Team Leader on Assembly and Packaging Lines)
