Daily Duties at Mtm Technologies, Inc.:

• Assisted executives with typical administrative tasks such as office upkeep, shipping and receiving mail and packages, expense reports, catering, booking meetings and conference rooms, updating databases and running daily forecast reports. • Initiated, coordinated and ran all marketing initiatives in the Mid-Atlantic region (including PA, DE, MD, NJ & DC areas). • Contacted partners to secure funding, content and speakers; contacted venues to secure location, dates, times, catering, etc. • Aided in the creation of invitations and personally distributed them to lead, prospect and customer databases. • Managed the tracking and updating of bounce-backs, opt-outs, registrations, attendance, follow-up and resulting business; ensured results were tied back to marketing initiatives in order to track effectiveness. • Responsible for updating and reconciling CRM tool for the Mid Atlantic Region. • Assisted sales reps on a one-on-one basis to provide training around databases. • Traveled to and participated in nationally run marketing events, including the HIMSS08 Conference in Orlando, FL. • Participated in weekly Marketing and Partner Management meetings as well as ran monthly meetings with Corporate and Regional Management to plan, track and review all regional initiatives.
