Supervised 25 employees within 2 departments reaching customer membership base within first year of location opening. Served as auditor of merchandise inventory bi-yearly, lead monthly safety committee, traveled to assist in opening of new locations across the country, trained new hires, edited and published monthly newsletter reaching over 80 employees, and maintained membership base by creating new incentives for members. Handpicked by management to co-lead committee that assisted with the revision and update of employee’s handbook for corporate office. Led warehouse expense committee cutting departmental expenses by 30% within the first 3 months of operation maintaining location profit for the fiscal year.
