Daily Duties at Mc Kesson Pharmaceutical:

? Provide excellent customer service to hospital pharmacy customers and clinics. ? Ensure customer satisfaction and customer retention through consistent, productive account calls. ? Responsible for value added technologies into current customer base. ? Actively interact with Distribution Center Management, Credit/Inventory/Operations Departments on behalf of customers. ? Act as a liaison between customers and our Distribution Centers. ? Participate in sales team presentations where appropriate to further enhance business growth opportunities, improve selling skills, and gain knowledge about the customer base. ? Stay abreast of and learn about all new technical applications, products, programs, and services available to customers in the territory and for applying or utilizing them whenever appropriate or timely. ? Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support for department managers and territory account managers. ? Set up and maintain files, provide employees with office supplies, prepare and sort mail, perform word-processing assignments, proofread, and research and compile special reports. ? Operate automated office equipment and utilize software. ? Assist in the preparation of reports, graphs, and presentations using spreadsheet, graphic software, and/ or database applications. ? Coordinate special projects and department activities
