** Technical Manager ** - Managed Technical Department of entire company (including 2 – 5 technicians); Technical and Customer Support of company import/distribution products (Coffee equipment) and company computers. - Served as applications tester for in-house products, facilitating integration into production environment and sales deployment; Trained existing and potential clients in use of company products; Field Technician; Ordering spare parts; Re-organization and re-structuring of technical department; Shipping and Receiving Manager. - PC Support (Hardware/Software/Peripherals) and Network Administrator for entire company in a Windows 95/NT/98/ME/2000/XP environment. - Set up File/Network Sharing and Network Configuration for whole company (Windows 2000). - Responsible for minor Sales and Business Development; Gave Presentations/Demos.
