Daily Duties at Aahperd.Org:
** Information Systems Engineer / QA Specialist ** - Hardware/Software hands-on and remote Tech Support in an NT/98/2000/ME/XP environment of 80 end-users. - System Back-up/Restore; New driver push-out; Network Printer Management; QA Testing for new Hardware/Software to be implemented within the company. - Identity Management: Single Sign-On; Authorization; IIS; Web Security; Authentication. Instruction of new software to company users in a classroom setting. - Basic Network Administration and Support (NT/2000/Exchange): TCP/IP troubleshooting and configuration; User Account Creation, Restriction, Access, and Modification; Router and Cable troubleshooting and configuration.
