Daily Duties at Qwest Communications :
Primary job responsibility was to support engineering requirements for LAN/WAN network services and the corresponding CPE. Managed team projects which included: telecommunications consulting, proposal preparation support, technical presentations to customers, CPE and network configurations. Trained and educated team members on products, processes and systems for Phoenix, MPLS and Denver centers.
