Responsibilities included: Preparing entire operation for grand re-opening, designing a newly remodeled kitchen to operate efficiently, managing the service of food and alcohol safely, creating and costing out menus, maintaining clean, safe and organized work environment, safely prepare food according to specifications and HACCP, establishing all specifications on all food items, maintaining employee moral and customer service, restaurant and bar maintenance, purchasing and inventory, maintaining food and liquor costs, establishing systems to create and maintain a more efficient operation, establishing training program for all positions in the restaurant, establishing in store inspection system to help manage and surpass standards for entire operation of the restaurant to keep a consistency for both front and back of the house
