Responsibilities included: Completing necessary training courses for the largest privately owned furniture retailer in the world, establishing rapport with each and every guest to identify guest needs, likes and dislikes, identifying, explaining, and demonstrating product construction features through selection and comparison, carefully managing all sale transactions with all forms of payment or financing, managing all current and past customer accounts managing delivery routes, maintaining and servicing products for customers and in showroom, maintaining relationships with all current prospected customers and referrals
