Daily Duties at Woodforest National Bank:

* Responsible for two datacenters containing over 180 HP ProLiant C-Class blades, DL and ML servers and managing these systems using Systems Insight Manager (SIM) and Rapid Deployment Pack (RDP). * Manage VMWare environment containing over 150 virtual servers using ESX 3.0.2. * Manage Liebert UPS and cooling devices for both datacenters. * Provide secondary assistance with the administration of a Microsoft Windows 2003 Active Directory domain containing over 3000 users. * Analyze data and create reports for incoming work via the ITSM ticketing system. Followed up with team members to ensure quick resolution to incoming tickets. Report statistics to management. * Create and manage documentation, where needed, including asset inventory, physical server room layouts, process and procedures for management of the datacenters. * Administer Cyber-Ark Enterprise Password Vault to manage and change a systems privileged passwords.
