Responsibilities include coordinating recruitment function for healthcare, professional, and technical positions. Perform full life-cycle recruiting and provides staffing services to hiring managers. Coordinating creative strategies for staffing hard-to-recruit positions and selling candidate on the opportunity. Delivers professional candidates and advances the employment brand across healthcare markets and professional communities. Guides hiring managers and candidates through the selection process. Establishes and maintains effective relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the communities.
