Daily Duties at Americold Logistics:
Assisted executive level managers with secretarial duties for a nation wide freezer logistics company, answered multiple phone lines, planned and set meetings with vendors, potential clients and existing clients, updated and reviewed employee files for Human Resources, received invoices and processed payments for all vendors and clients, organized bills and prepared spreadsheets explaining revenue out, file and record all safety meetings and tests for all locations in the South Florida region, reorganized entire filing system, accountable for all mail incoming and outgoing
