Daily Duties at Surgical Staff, Inc:

Responsible to develop positive communication relationships with clients and employees and provide direct accurate and timely information as requested. Maintain strict state and county compliance of about 300 employees. Process of extensive new hire paperwork; compile and manage employee files and thorough database management. Develop, implement and communicate company policy and procedure, benefits, payroll, maintaining I-9's. Review and process unemployment and disability claims. Position demands quick thinking, conflict resolution and ability to problem solve.
