Daily Duties at Info Med:

Software Installation Manager – Employed by software development company providing a home health care management system. Managed a group of 4 trainers, 1 assistant and 4 data entry operators. Responsibilities included scheduling trainers for 2 day in-house training presentations and 5-day on-site follow-up training. Trainers answered incoming calls troubleshooting as required. Data entry operators provided a service to enter both initial client/staff information and/or timesheet data when clients paid for this service so as not to burden their staff.
