Daily Duties at Service Unlimited:

Office Manager - Employed by the owner of a beverage service company to establish a superior standard for customer service and manage the overall operation of the office. Office staff increased from a 1-person operation to a staff of 3 operators and 1 manager. Primary responsibility consisted of client interaction via fax, phone or email, recording their requests into ACT software, coordinating with the service to schedule service, follow up with client for intended service date/time and troubleshooting client disputes
