? Managed the daily operations for approximately 6,000 different automotive part numbers valued at over 250,000 dollars. ? Reviewed, printed and prioritized all customer orders. ? Responsible for training, evaluating and supervising full time employees. ? Responsible for establishing all new vendor accounts for the Sacramento warehouse and reviewing them periodically to ensure cost effectiveness. ? Traveled to new Baltimore warehouse in order to train management and staff in all phases of warehouse policy and procedures. Traveled to Seattle fee warehouse to supervise and oversee all stocking procedures, allocating space for stock supply items ? Administrated all functions of fiscal inventory ? Picked and packed orders and stocked shelves with inbound product. Inspected inbound shipments for accuracy. ? Inspected out bound orders for accuracy and quality of packaging
