Daily Duties at Genco Distribution:
? Coordinated and supervised workforce on a daily basis to meet budgetary, volume and customer needs. ? 7years shipping/receiving supervisor, 3 years scanning supervisor, any where from 9 to 25 employees ? Set pickup/delivery schedules as shipping supervisor (U.S./Canada ? Maintained dock integrity ? Oversaw customers quarterly inventory for 10 years. 2007 100% BL and location 1st and 2nd Qtr audits. 2008 100% BL and location audits ? Monitored bulk, stock withdrawal, overflow and rack locations to prevent slot lock and warehouse full. ? Performed annual and 90 day teammate reviews, developed and trained leads and new teammates. ? Assisted in the Tolleson, Az. relocation and Belleville,MI start-up(systems) ? Worked with vendors on facility equipment PM programs. ? Maintained an open and professional working relationship with customer and all employees in the CSK-Genco California facility. ? Facilitated weekly safety meetings ? Systems liaison for CA. ,AZ and MI. warehouses ? Maintained, created and communicated SOP for facility procedures and equipment. ? Operated Nissan electric sit down lift and Raymond/Crown stand-up reach trucks, wrap machine, pallet jack on a daily basis. ? Loaded and unloaded trailers on a daily basis
