Daily Duties at Gsi Group:
? Responsible for assisting personnel in other departments relative to financial and accounting issues. Assist in providing support to Site Manager. Proactive in site financial operations. Interact with and assist division management to meet divisional goals in regards to accounts receivable/payable. Communication with vendors and customers for past due payments. Prepare shipments and invoices for customers using oracle and Made 2 Manage. Making vendor payments with credit card. Monthly accounts payable and receivable reconciliation. Assist payroll with ADP payroll input. Assist individual departments as needed with company projects. Ordering and receiving company material from outside vendors. Code and send invoices for payments. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience with an integrated system. Experience with Excel, Word and Access
