Worked with the Y2K project manager to ensure readiness for the Online Banking division of Wells Fargo Bank. Developed Access database for tracking software, using switchboards, queries, forms, macros and Visual Basic modules for routine operations, OLE to store scanned certification documentation for easy access, an automated daily import of new information from a second database (via Excel output) and interactive reporting tools for on the fly user queries. Developed and maintained advanced project plans in Microsoft Project. Analyzed software for Y2K compliance. Wrote certification packages for technician review.
