Partnered with management to learn the role & responsibilities of a Macy’s Sales Manager Received on the job training focused on customer service, the mechanics of the sales floor, supervising sales associates and preparing for sales events. Worked with senior management in the areas of human resources, visual merchandising, loss prevention and operations.
