• Developed & Maintained IMS (Integrated Master Schedule) IHMS web based tool. (325 subprojects) also utilized Primavera , Ms Project and Sure Trak • Trained employees in Ms Project. • Plans, directs and coordinates activities of construction projects to ensure that goals are accomplished with in prescribed time frame and funding parameters. • Develops plans and Formulates technical scope • Directs activities of project personnel to achieve goals. • Establishes standards and procedures. • Reviews, analyzes and recommends and executes plans and contingency. • Web page development. Desktop publishing
