Daily Duties at United Computer Warehouse:
Building and testing various types of computer systems for commercial and home uses Installing and configuring of several operative systems Providing assistance at the in-house helpdesk, as well as providing technical support by phone and in-person to the facility staff Being responsible for loading new software on existing facility equipment Testing all systems to ensure the detection and elimination of bugs and viruses Performing upgrades on customers’ and facility existing computers Assisting with maintaining the company network Building and installing computer-based security systems
