• Managed Lotus Notes (e-mails) for NY States Claims Officer and Directors. • Provided support to 19 managers and 70+ associates. • Maintained calendar/appointments for Claims Officer and Directors. • Handled issues in the absence of Officer and Directors. • Managed, input, approved and disapproved expenses for managers. • Maintained other confidential documents and information. • Created, compiled and maintained several statistical reports (excel spreadsheets) for all departments in Claims. • Coordinated all travel, meeting/conferences and teleconference arrangements for management and associates. • Handled customer complaints via telephone and letters. • Special projects as needed for other Directors (Commercial, Human Resources, Special Investigations Unit) and managers. • Ordered necessary equipment/supplies/subscriptions for new & existing associates. • Point of contact for out-of-state executives/associates coming to NY. • NY State Coordinator for all Independent Adjuster bonds and various licenses. • Created and maintained monthly Material Damage Claims Newsletter. • Registered and coordinated associates for training schools. • Processed invoices. • Maintained personnel files.
