Review new claims to determine medical exposures. Contact all involved parties to explain loss process. Investigate potential coverage issues. Determine coverage exposures. Investigate and qualify persons for PIP coverage. Review medical bills for payment. Negotiate provider charges. Negotiate payment demands. Ensure payments are issued timely. Evaluate reserves. Medically manage PIP exposures by using Provider contact, Customer contact, EUO's, IME's, and Peer reviews. Maintain daily mail, File quality, Customer service and Closing ratio. Identify claims requiring SIU intervention.
