Daily Duties at Avaya, Inc.:
• Project manager and Lead Technician for the Installation and maintenance of PBX equipment for small, medium, and large enterprise accounts • Project manager and Lead Technician of voice and data cable installations at new and existing locations • Collaborated with sales reps on up-selling / cross-selling opportunities • Lead Technician of a 9 month project for SunTrust Bank. Replaced existing Nortel system with a new Definity G3 system in their downtown Atlanta campus that encompassed 6 buildings and approximately 15,000 end users
